I abhor the Kids Choice Awards, because of the fact that a lot of TV shows haven't even debuted in the prior year. However, this is the case of the Golden Globes also, but those programs are at least high in the ratings that year. Also because that it selects actors and actresses who have appeared in adult themed films. For example, Jim Carrey would not be nominated by a ten-year-old for a movie like "Yes Man". Another thing, the television shows nominated are possibly the most unfunny, unintelligent things on TV. The acting is terrible, and since I am apart of the target audience of these series, I feel the producers underestimate our intelligence by providing us with their pathetic excuses for comedies. As a twelve-year-old, I like "The Golden Girls" and "The Andy Griffith Show" better. Spare yourself and your children from this atrocious Academy Award- wannabe.
