Goofs:

Continuity: When Assistant Director Vance and Gibbs are in the elevator, Tony says that he, Ziva and McGee will take the stairs. There is no interruption in the elevator's ascent, but when the doors open, Tony, Ziva and McGee are already at their desks. Its unlikely that they would have beaten the elevator.
