Knott's Scary Farm Halloween Haunt, a seasonal Halloween event at Knott's Berry Farm theme park in Buena Park, California, themed a walk-through "maze" based on Quarantine for the park's 36th annual Haunt event held in October of 2008. It marked the third time a major motion picture has been tied in with a Halloween Haunt maze at the event, the past movie/mazes being Beowulf (2007) in 2007 and The Grudge 2 (2006) in 2006.
