Factual errors: Brennan claims to have purchased her revolver "at the mall". Until May 2007, the District of Columbia had an outright ban on all handguns, and there is no way she could have purchased one there. Also, it is virtually impossible for a non-law enforcement officer to acquire a carry permit in D.C.
