In the beginning Zack and Cody are playing in the park and a construction worker is getting ready to turn the park into a parking lot. Later Arwin finds a picture that shows the Tipton in 1776 by the Boston Tea Party. After Cody sees that he writes a long letter to the mayor and when he practices with Zack he falls asleep and dreams about the Tipton in 1776 and there's every character like normal except they're a 1776 version of them. Later they make a plan and they immediately win the Revolution. Then his mom says that its quick because its a dream. After that Bob walks in dressed like he was Bob Bo peep. And he asked if Zack could have him dreamed he was a viking. Later Moseby finds a paper that proves the park is a landmark, saving the park.
