Sex & Nudity

In a flashback, Smith kisses his wife once or twice.

Violence & Gore

A fair amount of violence including deformed/mutant humans.

A deer is slaughtered with lots of blood on the floor.

Dogs get into bloody fights.

Several mutants chase after Smith. Several mutants get shot. Some Mutants get blown up (not graphic.)

*****LARGE SPOILER***** There is about 10 minutes where mutants get into a house and try to kill Smith and two other people. There are a fair amount of pop ups, and violence. Very intense part of the movie, rather frightening. Several mutants get shot, and some blood is seen.

A man falls on a knife which goes through his leg. Some blood is seen covering the ground and the wound.

A dog viciously barks and tries to bite at a man's head. The man then chokes the dog to death.

A mutant hit his head continually on bullet-proof glass. After hitting it several times, minor amounts of blood is sprayed against the glass. Very little blood however.

An explosion. No blood is shown.

Profanity

Very mild and scattered profanity.

A man exceeds the dosage for pain medicine.

No smoking. No drugs aside from the pain medicine.

Two people drink some wine briefly.

Smith goes looking for a dog in an apartment building. This scene is about 4 minutes long and is very intense and frightening. Probably one of the scariest parts of the movie.

Mutants faces are seen. Their faces may frighten some people.

Several mutant pop-ups are seen. Most of which are startling and rather scary.

In a flashback, a mutant suddenly jumps into the middle of the road. Blood is smeared on the car's front window. It is very sudden and will most likely make some jump. Some may also find it rather scary or a little disturbing.

In a flashback many people scream and cry when they find out that they are infected. A woman screams and begs Smith to take her baby when she finds out she is infected. Some may find this part a bit intense or disturbing.


Mutated dogs attack Smith and Sam. Sam gets infected, and when Smith attempts to cure her, he fails and is forced to kill her. This scene is very sadto those distraught about dogs and/or animals.

Smith's wife and child are killed when their helicopter is hit by another helicopter.

The mutants are rather scary with partially deformed faces and body's.

The ending is about 10 minutes long and is very intense. Several mutants are seen very clearly and are a bit frightening. A mutant hits his head continually against bullet-proof glass, trying to get at someone.
