It's not very easy to make comments on "Aliye" because of the reason
that there are no big themes other than love or drama in Aliye. As
understood from its name Aliye is the leading player of the series who
has two children from her ex-husband. In the series Sanem Celik plays
really great in Aliye character. Aliye has problem with her ex-husband
Sinan who still loves Aliye and wants to be with her again. However in
the series Aliye is in love with a young and promising doctor called
Deniz. The series consists of the relations between this three main
characters by including their psychologies and personalities. The
director Kudret Sabancı tries to affect the society by making use of
this characters. He tries to point out that it's very difficult to find
real love and if you find it you must realize its value. There are also
children parent relationships in the series which gives meaningful
messages to the fathers and mothers in the society. I have to admit
that the love between Aliye and Deniz is acted really perfect. When you
see them separate you become very sad which shows the influence of the
series among audience. I also love the musics of the series which made
me watch "Aliye" for a long time. As a result "Aliye" is a good TV
series with a great drama which makes the audience to be an addictive
although the series has some weak points such as lack of having same
good quality in all episodes. Moreover I did not like the end of the
series I think it was just too simple for it. =)
