The first promotional photo released for the tenth episode of "Grey's Anatomy" this season has revealed the possible daughter of Mark 'McSteamy' Sloan. Leven Rambin is guest starring in the episode "Holidaze" which synopsis specifies that Mark and Lexie "must cope with the shocking arrival of a woman from his past."
E! Online came out with the report of Rambin's character being the long-lost daughter of Mark, but this story is not yet confirmed. The fact is, Rambin will be featured heavily on the November 19 episode, appearing in both "Grey's" and its spin-off "Private Practice".
According to EW, there will be a crossover between the two shows with Addison coming to Seattle to help the surgery of Rambin's character. As complications arise with the patient, Mark and Rambin's character will go to Los Angeles to seek additional help from Addison.
The "Grey's Anatomy" episode will also follow Miranda as she »

From Meredith's crazy friend on Grey's Anatomy to an semi-nuts acquaintance of Cal Lightman on Lie to Me.
Melissa George has nabbed a recurring role on the Fox drama. She'll play a character Entertainment Weekly describes as an "Anna Nicole Smith-type." That can't be a good sign for her.
The actress' will take on the role of Clara Martin, the sassy wife of an older, late billionaire.
After being found innocent in a high-profile murder case, she assumes control of her husband’s empire. Cal sees his fearless, manipulative, scheming side in her.
George will first appear in the season's 11th episode. The Australian beauty has also enjoyed extended stays on In Treatment and Alias. »

Leven Rambin, aka home wrecker Riley from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is coming to Grey's Anatomy Nov. 19, and her home-wrecking streak might not be done yet... We've been told that Leven's character features heavily in the Nov. 19 episode, titled "Holidaze," and that during the course of that episode (which spans several weeks of story time), "Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) must cope with the shocking arrival of a woman from his past." What's so shocking? Well, rumor has it that Leven plays Mark "McSteamy" Sloan's long-lost daughter. Gasp! Do you see a family resemblance? And if you're a "Sexie" fan, is it better if... »

Mer's self-injuring Grey's Anatomy Bff has hopped the crazy train over to Lie to Me. Melissa George is joining the Fox drama as an Anna Nicole Smith-type who will go toe-to-toe with Tim Roth, sources confirm to me exclusively. Her character, Clara Martin, is the sassy wife of an older billionaire who has been murdered. After being exonerated in a high-profile murder trial, she assumes control of her husband's empire. Lightman sees himself in her — naughty, fearless, strategic, and always game for the next adventure. In other words, she's kinda nuts. George will recur beginning with this season's 11th episode. »

Warning: If you're a fan of Grey's Anatomy lovebirds Mark and Lexie, grab a defibrillator before reading. The early 2010 Grey's/Private Practice crossover I told you about last week will find the doctor formerly known as McSteamy spending some quality time with his currently single ex, Addison. "They've both really grown up since they were together, and most of the animosity that they had is gone," says Shonda Rhimes, executive producer of both shows. "Now they're friends, but they may end up falling back into their old patterns while they're together." But wait, there's more (so keep those paddles handy). As you know, »

Nielsen's has released Week 5 and fall season-to-date rankings for DVR playback viewership. Some noteworthy points: For the week of Oct. 19-25, the following shows cracked the Top 20 of the DVR total-viewership ranking but not the Top 20 for live viewing: ABC's Private Practice, Flash Forward, Castle, Modern Family, and Brothers & Sisters, NBC's The Office, Heroes, and 30 Rock, and Fox's Glee. Sometimes an actor can be just so right for a part based on where they came from. Lee Norris grew up in the basketball-friendly state of North Carolina and attended the Acc powerhouse school Wake Forest, known for a rich legacy of college basketball greatness. Norris plays Marvin "Mouth" McFadden, who becomes a basketball commentator on the hit CW series One Tree Hill, which is currently airing its seventh season on Monday nights at 8 Pm Et on the CW Network. I recently had the chance to speak with Norris over the phone about his role in this long-running series, and here's what he had to say.
I was curious how you first heard about this character Mouth and what was your first reaction about this character?
Lee Norris: I was actually a student in college when I got the call to audition for Mouth. I was really interested in »

Sure they were both inebriated, but that kiss should still account for something right? If you missed last weeks' episode of Grey's Anatomy, Yang (Sandra Oh) and Mercy Wester Jackson (Jesse Williams) kissed on the sidelines of Callie's (Sara Ramirez) not-so-booming surprise party to girlfriend Arizona (Jessica Capshaw).
The context: Yang is pissed at Owen (Kevin McKidd) for not going ballistic on her for an unauthorized procedure she did earlier. Jackson, meanwhile, found the whole renegade surgeon thing hot. Could it be the start of something bigger? Williams tells TV Guide that yes, that's very possible.

We just reported that some discord might be in the offing for Grey's Anatomy lezzie couple Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw). On the upcoming episode of the ABC medical dramedy, it's Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen's (Kevin McKidd) turn to reassess their relationship with 24's Kim Raver visiting the hospital as Iraqi War vet Teddy Altman (not to mention that kiss last episode).
Well, it isn't Grey's Anatomy when the couples' love stories are smooth sailing, and from the looks of things, Sloan (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) are next in line to get their perfect world disrupted.

Roland Emmerich, director of the earth-shattering disaster flick 2012 which hits cinemas on November 13, says a TV spin-off is in the pipeline.
The filmmaker told Entertainment Weekly that the movie's executive producer Mark Gordon, who is also involved in shows such as Grey's Anatomy, is part of the project.
The series would pick up where the film ends and is provisionally entitled 2013. ABC is said to be in talks over the idea, which would fill the scheduling void left by Lost.
Speaking at the premiere for 2012, Emmerich said: "The plan is that it is 2013 and it's about what happens after the disaster.
"It is about the resettling of Earth. I think it will focus on a group of people who survived but not on the boats ... maybe they were on a piece of land that was spared or one that became an island in the process of the crust moving.
