A 'Twilight' Actor As Sid Vicious, The World Series And Gwen Stefani In Today's Twitter-Wood

2 November 2009 4:00 PM, PST | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Halloween tweets were way more interesting this morning since everyone was posting actual photos instead of just being indecisive about what to wear. "Twilight" star Billy Burke took the crown for most authentic, though, with his Sid Vicious outfit. He pretty much nailed the Sex Pistols' late bassist.

"Toy Story 3" director, Lee Unkrich, meanwhile retweeted a few incoming photos he received of well crafted character costumes. Gwen Stefani stood out from the pack in that batch, doing Woody's gal pal Jessie from "Toy Story 2." Then there was Fred Durst, who appears to have put a leg up on December, posting a shot of the Christmas tree he just set up in his living room. Check out all of those, as well as reactions from the World Series, Rob Zombie and John Stamos. They're all waiting after the jump in the Twitter-Wood report for November 2, 2009.

Soupy Sales, Christian Serratos Proclaims 'Eclipse' Wrap And Twitter On Xbox In Today's Twitter-Wood

23 October 2009 4:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

The "last day on the battlefield" that David Slade tweeted about must have ended well, since Christian Serratos tweeted triumphantly that "Eclipse" filming wrapped in Vancouver yesterday. Elsewhere, he co-star Jodelle Ferland struggled with her Twitter icon after accidentally covering up her face with a lemon. Such have been the trials and tribulations in the Twitter world of "Twilight."

Miranda Cosgrove, meanwhile, didn't seem to be struggling with the new pair of glasses she TwitPic'd a look at for her followers to evaluate. Nor did Felicia Day seem to have any trouble with her new Twitter functionality on Xbox Live, which she appears to have installed. Check all of those out, along with some Soupy Sales memorial headlines, Paris Hilton's Hello Kitty diamonds and Emmy Rossum's call for Halloween costume ideas. They're all waiting after the jump in the Twitter-Wood report for October 23, 2009.

'Eclipse' In The Mountains, 'Borderlands' And Amanda Bynes Wants Marriage In Today's Twitter-Wood

22 October 2009 3:30 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

David Slade's still in the thick of "Eclipse" filming, and in his most recent tweetage from the set, it sounds like there's some violence in the mountains getting underway with some celebration on the side. A few of his cast members still seem to have Rome on their minds, which is understandable given the "New Moon" footage premiering there.

In completely non-"Twilight"-related posting, Ashton Kutcher's been hanging out with Barbra Streisand and Jeremy Piven headed out to an event being held by Matt Damon in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Ice-t's been shooting up the post-apocalyptic world of "Borderlands." To find out what he thoughts of it, as well as what Amanda Bynes thinks of marriage and what Arnold Schwarzenegger's been up to with a bunch of boy scouts, click onward to the Twitter-Wood report for October 22, 2009.

Taylor Swift Support, Kanye Condemnations And The Chicago Bears In Today's Twitter-Wood

14 September 2009 3:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Editor's note: There were apparently some technical difficulties last night, as Twitter-Wood never ran. So in lieu of today's Daily TwitPic, here's a special morning edition of Twitter-Wood for 9/14/09.

The Vma's trended nearly as well in the Twitter-Wood feed last night as they did on Twitter, and if you've had any internet access over the last 24 hours you probably know that a lot of that was provoked by Kanye West's unexpected interruption during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech. Elizabeth Banks, Kat Dennings, John Stamos and others contributed to the online conversation that followed, expressing their thoughts on his interjection.

Football was pretty popular last night as well, and if you didn't know that Ashton Kutcher was a Bears fan, you do now, thanks to Demi Moore's photo tweet of her defeated fan-husband after the Green Bay Packers stuck it to Chicago in the fourth quarter. Check out all of those posts, »

'Toy Story' And 'Up' Tattoos, Jason Statham And Puppy Jeans In Today's Twitter-Wood

2 September 2009 3:30 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Disney/Pixar tattoos lead a full menu from the Twitter-Wood feed today. If you want to see some dedicated "Toy Story" and "Up" fandom, you need look no further than director Lee Unkrich's tweets, which nudged out Ice-t's posterity shot with "Crank: High Voltage" star Jason Statham for Twitter Pic of the Day.

Photos popped up all over the feed, in fact, with John Stamos making an astute observation about one of his "E.R." costars and Paris Hilton enforcing fashion upon her dog. Check it out below, along with chatter between McLovin and his "Kick-Ass" co-star Chloe Moretz. I'm @brianwarmoth, and it's all in the Twitter-Wood report for September 2, 2009.

John Stamos Says Have Mercy In Today's Daily TwitPic

28 August 2009 6:00 AM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

I snapped yesterday, readers. Warmoth clearly has an unnatural fixation on former "Full House"/"ER" star John Stamos. Look, I like Jesse and the Rippers as much as the next child of the '80s, but this madness has to stop. And so, in the interest of bringing your Daily TwitPics some variety, I put a temporary moratorium on Stamos-centric TwitPics. Warmoth tells me that Ice-t and Rose McGowan's puppy will benefit. Have mercy indeed...

So. Today's TwitPic. To be honest, I think I missed something here. Stamos and his fellow former "House" star Bob Saget had some sort of exchange involving dates and tattoos. I can't tell if these inked wrists belong to Stamos, or if they're some adoring fan showing an appreciation for Uncle Jesse. In the hopes that one of you is smarter than me -- not a challenge, I assure you -- I've included the related tweets after the jump, »

'Machete,' Kristen Bell Gets Hacked And The Uncle Jesse Tattoo Revealed In Today's Twitter-Wood

27 August 2009 3:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

As you may recall from yesterday's Twitter-Wood, John Stamos called upon one of his Twitter fans to post a photo of his alleged Uncle Jesse-based tattoo. Well today that tweeter responded in kind, and the wrist tattoos are linked to at the top of the report for all to see now.

In other tweets, Robert Rodriguez gleefully celebrated his confirmed actors for "Machete," calling out Jessica Alba and Robert De Niro. As it turns out, the director has his own Twitter fan in Dane Cook, who's read the script. Kristen Bell, meanwhile, claims to have been reading "hacked" tweets coming out of her account. In what may be a related event, Dax Shepard called out a poser using the fake name @IMkristenBeII (note how two upper case i's can resemble two lowercase L's), who tried to break up with him. You can check out all that drama and more below. »

Ted Kennedy Notes, Warwick Davis' 'Harry Potter' Casting Switch And Shaq In A Speedo In Today's Twitter-Wood

26 August 2009 3:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Ted Kennedy's passing this morning certainly didn't leave the Twitter-Wood feed untouched. I made my best attempt to summarize the spectrum of reactions today some retweets from Elizabeth Banks and Kevin Nealon.

It was also a massive photo-posting day for some reason. And when it came down to choosing between Shaquille O'Neal in a Speedo and Arnold Schwarzenegger's "Conan" sword, which in now housed at his California office, the hairs of choice were not easily split. Click on down there, and you'll find both of them, along with Warwick Davis' commentary on leaving his role as Filius Flitwick to replace Verne Troyer as Griphook the Goblin in "Harry Potter in the Deathly Hallows." Also, the lovely Emma Roberts talks bikinis. It's all in the Twitter-Wood report for August 26, 2009.

'Eclipse,' The Olsen Twins And Miley Cyrus On Boyfriend Rumors In Today's Twitter-Wood

21 August 2009 3:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Miley Cyrus felt the need to defend her single status today on Twitter in response to at least one unnamed blog. She sounds pretty adamant that there's no beau in the picture right now. Also adamant today was actor Charlie Bewley, whose body clock was not yet prepared to start filming his first scene for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse." He joined Cyrus in Twitter-Wood's feed to share his struggle.

John Stamos won my Twitter Pic of the Day honors yet again. Ice-t keeps making a run for it, but Stamos is on a streak right now breaking out images from his photo album. Today, he cued up a classic memory watchers of "Full House" will recognize, featuring the Olsen twins in their youth. Click onward, and you'll see all of this, as well as Tom Felton's reaction to stepping on the "Get Him to the Greek" set and Jon Favreau »

Tom Felton On Joining 'Get Him to the Greek' And John Stamos' Birthday In Today's Twitter-Wood

19 August 2009 3:30 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Tom Felton sounds like he'll be lightening up his mood a bit for his next non-"Harry Potter" project. The normally moody-on-screen actor who plays Draco Malfoy will be jumping into Jonah Hill's "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" sequel "Get Him to the Greek" alongside Hill and Russell Brand, according to his Twitter updates.

Elsewhere in our feed, the Twitter-Wood report joins John Stamos' former "Full House" cast members Bob Saget and Dave Coulier in wishing the well-groomed actor a happy birthday. The "ER" star's own bday post snagged today's Twitter Pic of the Day, which I've inserted below via Saget's re-tweet and well-wishing. If you ever wanted to see how great Stamos' hair looked early on in life, now is your chance. Check it out, along with Richard Kelly's computer problems, an explosion from F. Gary Gray's new film and more. It's all in the Twitter-Wood Report »

'Funny People' Micro-Reviews And Tokyo Travel Advice In Today's Twitter-Wood

3 August 2009 3:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Any "Star Wars" fan planning a trip to Tokyo soon should look no further than Warwick Davis' Twitter account for advice. He served it up to his "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" co-star Tom Felton today, and you will definitely want to read his recommendation.

In addition to travel advice, Twitter-Wood has proven itself once again to be a great source of Monday celebrity micro-reviews. The most popular film to see in the feed this weekend was definitely "Funny People," and I've rounded up commentary by Shannon Elizabeth, Jon Favreau, and a couple of others who sounded of today. All of those and one of Emmy Rossum's simple daily frustrations are assembled for you below. But first, for the consideration of Twitter-Wood readers everywhere, I present my pick for Twitter Pic of the Day -- courtesy of Mr. John Stamos.

Kevin Smith's Birthday Plans And A 'Harry Potter' Actor's First Tweets In Today's Twitter-Wood

31 July 2009 3:08 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Considering the amount of hockey tweeting Kevin Smith has been doing lately, it should come as little surprise that he's setting up a match for his 39th birthday on Sunday. It sounds like he'll need to get some extra rest hours in on Saturday, though, because his new film "A Couple of Dicks" is pulling some a late shoot tonight, according to Kevin Pollak.

Other gems in today's rundown include Tom Felton's warm welcome to one of his Hogwarts professors, as well as a blast from the past for "Full House" fans via John Stamos, who uploaded a photo taken during a BBQ at Bob Saget's place. You can check out all of these and find out which "Twilight" actress recently got a tattoo in the Twitter-Wood report for July 31, 2009.

'Harry Potter' Micro-Reviews, John Stamos And David Lynch Brand Coffee In Today's Twitter-Wood

15 July 2009 3:30 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

MTV interns weren't the only ones lining up for midnight screenings of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" last night. Plenty of names in the Twitter-Wood feed were up late for the wand-waving as well. Other tweeters, like new account owner John Stamos, have been busily learning the ropes and and getting feedback from friends like Kevin Spacey.

You'll find out exactly what I'm talking about below, as well as the least expected new label of celebrity-branded coffee this year and what part of Draco Malfoy the "Potter" team unsuccessfully tried dying early. Trust me. It all makes sense in the Twitter-Wood report for July 15, 2009.

@TomFelton Your eyebrows looked kind of odd though, because they didn't match your hair,(via @Jabogan)trust me,we died them blonde once....it's odder!x

Dollywood, Travel Tips And Peter Facinelli On Parenting In Today's Twitter-Wood

14 July 2009 3:00 PM, PDT | MTV Movies Blog | See recent MTV Movies Blog news »

Diablo Cody made good on her promise to go to Dollywood this week, and the Twitter-Wood feed has the tweet to prove it. So if you've ever contemplated a trip to the only country music celebrity-themed park that I'm aware of in the U.S., check out her list of accomplishments.

Actor Ethan Suplee also tweeted in with some travel tips today, explaining how he tried to defend his nail-clippers from confiscation at the airport. To find out what he had to say, as well as what injury "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli sustained from his child and Rainn Wilson discovered at the local pool today, click on down to the Twitter-Wood report for July 14, 2009.

@diablocody Just left Dollywood this morning after a whirlwind 2-day Dollymoon. Rode Mystery Mine 10 times, ate my weight in taffy.
