• Continuity: When Stifler's mom and Finch are talking, before they use the billiard table, Stifler's mom's hairstyling (close-up) changes from one shot to another (left side from your point of view).
  
  
• Continuity: The balls on the pool table when Finch is talking to Stifler's mom.

• Factual errors: In the credits, Mark, Tom, and Scott are listed for Blink-182, however Scott was not in the movie and is no longer in the band. It was Travis Barker who appeared in the movie playing drums, not Scott.
  
  
• Continuity: When Kevin and Vicky get to their room, Kevin starts taking out candles from the drawer on the nightstand. When they are lying in bed, the candles are lit, when they are getting started, the candles are still lit, but during the last shot, the candles are nowhere to be seen.

• Revealing mistakes: In the opening scene, Jim's parents make references to him going to bed for the night, but daylight can be seen between the blinds in the windows.
  
  
• Continuity: In the scene where Oz comes into the locker room singing, Stifler is talking to some other guys in the room, and Stifler says "This girl calls me up and asks for my number." If she called him up, wouldn't she already have his number?
