Goofs:
Continuity: When the guys from the strip club chase Simon and Marcus to their hotel room, one puts his hand over the eye hole to hide their identities and says "room service". Through the spyhole they see his hand including the fingers. When they then cut to the door you seem him take away his hand which was previously completely covering the spyhole. You wouldn't be able to see any of his hand if he spread his hand completely over the hole. more

holds your interest but doesn't quite hit the mark, 15 January 2008
Author: Special-K88

A once in a lifetime opportunity to go to the biggest rave of the year and hang out with some really cool people; a chance to ditch work, hit the road to Vegas, and get caught up in sex, drugs, and mayhem; getting out of a sticky situation only to get caught up in one even stickier; Doug Liman's youthful dark comedy centers around a group of disparate L.A. characters, ranging from a jaded checkout girl trying to score some extra cash, to a couple of television actors who get coerced by a peculiar cop, as their typically ordinary lives deviate from the norm and bring a lot of unexpected results. Good casting, plenty of twists, and some solid laughs make this film (which is clearly in the realm of Pulp Fiction) worth the viewing experience, but it lacks well-drawn characters, an effective payoff, and loses its energy after a while. Polley gives a standout performance as a thrill-seeking addict who gets in over her head. **½
