• Continuity: When Charlie is jumping over the clothesline in the rollerblading scene, the clothesline disappears as he jumps.
  
  
• Continuity: The scenery changes repeatedly during the rollerblading sequence.

• Continuity: When Portman gets sent to the penalty box, he performs a striptease, yet when Ken Wu gets sent to the penalty box less than a minute later, Portman is fully dressed, pads and all.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Julie is in the goal singing about how Fulton scored, you can see that her lips are not moving from behind her mask.

• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Julie's song says that Fulton has only been able to skate for one year but he joined the team in the first year, which Charlie says was four years ago.
  
  
• Continuity: Adam Banks is left handed while playing hockey after being right handed in the first two movies.
