A lot of people consider this to be the black sheep of the film series. Mainly because John Ritter and Michael Oliver aren't in this one. Justin Chapman makes a pretty good Junior Healy since he has the same hair color and hairstyle like Oliver had. Many people think it was a mistake to cast William Katt in the role of Ben Healy, since he looks nothing like Ritter. The plot is rather different since in this third sequel Junior falls for the new girl in town, but has to deal with three bullies who plan to steal her away from him. The sometimes disgusting humor which made 1 and 2 funny, is toned down in this one, since it's a TV movie, what do you expect? It's still a pretty good sequel, anyway.
