• Continuity: Nico's footwear changes from leather boots to tennis shoes when he jumps out of the store window.

• Continuity: During the shootout in the parking garage, Fox shoots at Salvano, however, just prior to the shooting, Salvano can be seen with blood already on his left palm.
  
  
• Continuity: During the shootout in the garage, when Nico drives a car, his front-right tire gets punctured in the gunfight. Afterwards the front-right tire is whole again, but the front-left tire is damaged instead.
  
  
• Continuity: During the shootout in the garage, the second car that Nico drives changes from a Plymouth Gran Fury to a Dodge Diplomat.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: A cameraman can be seen in Nico's passenger side mirror before he stops at the school crosswalk.
  
  
• Continuity: Shortly before forcing Agent Neely to jump into the water at the beach, there is a sailboat behind both Neely and Nico. When Neely makes his way to the water, the boat is miles further out then it just had been seconds before.
