Sex & Nudity

A couple makes out near the beggining of the movie. The woman is topless. There's about 1 or 2 more topless shots in the rest of the flick.

Violence & Gore

A nearly nonstop variety of violent, gory scenes including multiple vicious stabbings, throat-slashings, and non-bloody/highly bloody shootings. Some nastier moments include a few grisly exploding heads, an ax in the head, and a quick but graphic shot of a woman's breast being sliced off.

Sometimes the mutants drink blood, which is pretty gross.

Profanity

Very light; almost none.

The mutants in the movie are fast and very dangerous; their gross appearences may disturb some viewers. The high gore content may also disturb many.
