• Continuity: During the initial battle when the zombies are pouring out of the airplane, rain can be seen on the runway in some shots while in others it is completely dry.
  
  
• Continuity: During the raid on the TV station, a zombie whacks a cameraman with a stick so hard that it falls out of his hands. In the next shot, it's back in the zombie's hands again.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the helicopter flies over the large crowd of zombies in the park, a dog can be seen playing around with one of the extras.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: During the airport attack, a soldier runs up to one of the vampires who hits him in the head and takes his machine gun to use on other soldiers. Just before the soldier gets hit, you can see the fake blood already applied to his forehead before the blow strikes.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: During TV station attack, when the vampire stabs its victim in the breast in the close up shot, behind the woman is a piece of polished metal reflecting various pieces of equipment.
  
  
• Continuity: Lieutenant Reedman is later referred to as "General".
  
  
• Continuity: When the woman at the TV station has her face scratched by a zombie, her face visibly has blood and scratch marks on it before the zombie touches her.
