Several creepy characters Prince Phillip; they tie him up and gag him. He ends up in a dungeon chained to a wall.

Maleficent places a spell on baby Aurora that states she will prick her finger on a spinning wheel at age 16. This eventually happens, more or less.

Maleficent turns into a giant fire breathing dragon and attacks Prince Phillip. She surrounds him with fire and snaps at him with her teeth. He eventually stabs her in the heart and she falls off a cliff to her doom.

The witch's creepy creatures try to stop the prince's escape by throwing rocks at him, firing arrows, or pouring boiling water on him. Fairies turn the rocks into bubbles, the arrows into harmless flowers, and the water into a rainbow.

Profanity

There are a couple of scenes where characters are drinking wine.

There's an evil character with several frightening pets and a scary castle which many kids might find frightening. They dance with crazy shadows around a bonfire.

The witch turns into a giant fire breathing dragon and attacks a prince. She surrounds him with fire.

The witch puts a spell on the princess who wanders up a tower to creepy music in a green-faced trance to her fate.
