Fun Stuff
Goofs:
Factual errors: In the middle of the movie, when Farid escapes to the basement, he hits Karl in the face with a sledgehammer and knocks him down. Then, in the next scene Karl is sitting at the dinner table, with no mark of that stroke on his face. moreQuotes:
[first lines]Yasmine: My name is Yasmine. I'm three months pregnant. One day, someone said "Men are born free with equal rights". The world in which I live is the opposite. Who would want to be born to grow up in the chaos and the hate? I've decided to spare him the worst.

This is quite a good French horror movie, gory, slashy, bloody, but in the good way, in a ripened way, not the childish sense that it has been used in many of the films of the genre that have been done thereabout. It delivers a quite good level of suspense that can keep you attached to its plot till the end, with good acting and great scenes. Again, the predictability on the endings of these kind of movies, it's what it is(and that's the flaw of the the hour), but when the story is well kept together(as it is the case) in a good intelligent way, it can keeps a certain sense of mystery thrilling to watch. it's surely a movie worth watching for a lot of reasons, one being the screenings of the place as it goes grant to the film a great dark atmosphere and at the same time raw, not to fetched and not exaggeratedly rotten either. Is not a masterpiece but to repeat myself, the French movies are getting better and better. so i would say, keep it coming.
