Actress-turned-tv personality Rosie O'Donnell has been forced to pull out of a three-show Les Miserables performance at the Hollywood Bowl due to a family health crisis.
The A League of Their Own star was slated to play Madame Thenardier in the musical extravaganza next month, but her eldest son Parker has broken his wrist, and she has stepped down.
She will be replaced by veteran stage and TV actress Ruth Williamson.
The concert adaptation of the musical will also feature The Office star Melora Hardin in her stage debut - she'll play Fantine.
Les Miserables In Concert will hit the Hollywood Bowl on 8-10 August.
