Love on the rocks? Not any more. Titanic star Billy Zane and U.K. TV personality Kelly Brook – who called off their engagement in April – appeared very much "back on" at Monday night's "On the Rocks"-themed Chopard even in Cannes. The couple posed for photos as Zane rocked his shoulders to the music and Brook stroked his head. What's the best thing about Cannes? "It's a collision of charity, champagne and cellulite!" he told People, earning a kiss from Brook.
