Actor Kevin Spacey is finding even his legendary charm isn't enough to steer him through the deep waters of British etiquette. Kevin was in London visiting friends, including Member of Parliament Peter Mandelson, and found himself in hot water. The actor and publicist pal Matthew Freud were out on the town at the legendary Tramps' nightclub when Spacey was approached by a willowy blonde. Assuming the pretty lady was a fan, Kevin prepared to hand out an autograph - but she had no idea who he was, and had merely come over to tell him it was bad manners to use his mobile phone in the club. »
