Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling has married in a secret Boxing Day ceremony. A spokeswoman for the divorced author has confirmed her wedding to Dr. Neil Murray took place on December 26th at the mutli-million selling writer's new home Killiechassie House, in Aberfeldy, Scotland. Nicky Stonehill says, "J.K. Rowling and Neil Murray were married on December 26 at their house in Perthshire. Their immediate family attended the wedding." Rowling fiercely guards her privacy following the massive worldwide success of her series of children's books about the boy wizard, and the newly-released Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone film. And the 35-year-old managed to keep her nuptials quiet by swearing guests to secrecy, hiring in catering staff from 50 miles away and using a non-local vicar to conduct proceedings. Rowling's eight-year-old daughter Jessica from her previous marriage acted as one of three bridesmaids. »
