Rupert Grint and his Harry Potter co-stars James and Oliver Phelps were interviewed on the Harry Potter set in between filming for the Deathly Hallows and took some time to demonstrate the new the Harry Potter Spells featured on the iphone! Harry Potter Spells , the first official Potter game app for the iPhone and iPod Touch, was recently released on iTunes. Fans playing the game have the ability to "learn" over 15 spells by using their phones/iPod as a wand! Warner Home Video today announced that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - the sixth film in the series - will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 7, with an array of bonus features.
On the Blu-ray, there is a exclusive look at the final chapter in the saga, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
There's also the chance to watch the movie at the same time as director David Yates and star Daniel Radcliffe and ask both of them questions from your home.
There will be a two-disc special edition DVD and a three-disc Blu-ray pack. Fans can also look forward to the simultaneous release of Harry Potter 1-6 box sets on Blu-ray and DVD formats.
Unique to the Blu-ray is the chance to hear star Daniel Radcliffe and director David Yates answer your questions at the first-ever worldwide Live Community Screening (Lcs) on December 12, 2009 at 8pm GMT live from London. »

In case you have missed some segments of yesterday's BBC Radio 1 Harry Potter day, you can now revisit their exclusive coverage here: they have uploaded lots of videos, images, and other goodies. As promised, here comes the second batch of our exclusive clips from the world premiere of "Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince", which took place at Leicester Square, London two days ago. I had the opportunity to interview Rupert Grint's lovely co-stars Jessie Cave, Matthew Lewis, James Phelps and Oliver Phelps. Of course, I asked them Rupert and Ron related questions (while my colleague from Mugglenet.com asked them other stuff). For your convenience, I've decided to upload them to our Youtube channel first, and I will have the downloadable versions ready soon. Matt Lewis calls the poisoning scene in Hbp his absolute favourite, and says that Rupert is in top form, at his comedy best! As for Jessie... well, you'll see! Grint alert! I have finally uploaded the first batch of the videos I filmed two days ago in London, at the world premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. I was given the opportunity to exchange a few words (and smiles) with Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, Jessie Cave, Freddie Stroma, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Matthew Lewis, Tom Felton, Jim Broadbent, Jason Isaacs, Helen McCrory and the producer David Barron. (I also filmed quite a few others, such as Emma Watson, Bonnie Wright, Evanna Lynch, Devon Murray etc. but didn't have time to talk to them.) I was sharing the red carpet spot (and the umbrella) with Nick from MuggleNet and Mary from Harry Latino, so I'll be swapping videos with them as well. 'Harry Potter' Returns to London for 'Half-Blood Prince' World Premiere

Ending a two-year wait for its July release, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" finally held its world premiere on Tuesday, July 7, in the United Kingdom. The red carpet event took place at Odeon Leicester Square, London, and despite the heavy downpours and hailstorms, it was flocked with thousands of "Harry Potter" fans.
Also undeterred by the bad weather were the film's cast which among whom included the trio of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. Coming to the special screening, Daniel wore stylish gray suit with pink shirt underneath, Emma was dressed in a vintage dress from '60s designer Ossie Clark, while the recovering from swine-flu Rupert was captured in a traditional black and white suit with a touch of pink in his belt.

James and Oliver Phelps who play Rupert Grint's onscreen brothers in the Harry Potter films were guests on British kids TV show Blue Peter, and a brand new Half Blood Prince clip is shown with Ron Weasley! It begins with a sullen looking Hermione Granger standing by herself while Ron asks how much something would cost him. After teasing him with their reply Ron says, "But I am your brother." Today, we introduce you to a new television series called Merlin that has many of the same characteristics of Harry Potter, Emma Watson gracing the pages of Teen Vogue, a first-person encounter with the Harry Potter Exhibit, more on the splitting point for Harry Potter 7, interviews with the Weasley twins, Jessie Cave, and Tom Felton, plus some quirkiness straight from CNN. The Re-Imagined Merlin Although not directly related to Harry Potter, we felt this was worthy of our continued dissection of Harry Potter news. The BBC has a thirteen-show series running called Merlin that features a teenage wizard who has many of the same issues as Harry: teen angst, girl troubles, competition with others, and most importantly, the constant threat of death. Several new photos of Rupert Grint filming Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix have been put online by Oclumencia . The first is an outtake of a gleeful Ron cheering for his brothers' triumphant exit from Hogwarts. The next is Rupert preparing to shoot a scene after having been thrown to the floor by Grawp the giant, and lastly, a photo with James and Oliver Phelps (Weasley twins) at Kings Cross station!
