There’s no way I’m going to get this right. We never say precisely what we ought to when we part, the words are never perfect enough — not even for those of us who get paid to write them…or used to, anyway. I’m sorry to say that this is the last time we’ll walk the Beat together as I'm leaving EW. So I’ll tell you what, Coppers, let’s save the hugs for the end, stuff down the tears (I grant that they’re probably all mine), and take a stroll. I’m ready if you are. »

Bones goes formal for episode 4×05 "A Night at the Bones Museum", airing October 15th. We've got another murder connected to the Jeffersonian (such a dangerous place to work, if you ask me) and Brennan goes on a date with someone else connected to Booth (not his brother, but it'll probably get to him). Check out the synopsis and promo photos below, courtesy of Fox.
Brennan And Booth’S Latest Case Could Change History

The mysterious corpse is later determined to be a mummified Egyptian royal on loan to the Jeffersonian. The anthropological mystery has Brennan in a tizzy, when the Jeffersonian curator prepping the mummy for exhibition is murdered, the team suspects foul play. Brennan’s investigation of the curator sheds new light on the life of the Egyptian royal, turning their case into one of historic proportions. »

Chicago – If you’re like a lot of “Bones” fans you were disappointed and angry about the bait-and-switch in place during the season four finale, which promised to feature the inevitable hook-up between Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) but turned out to be nothing more than a dream episode. Sadly, the bitter taste left by the finale continues into the start of season five with the worst premiere episode the often-excellent program has provided to date.
Television Rating: 2.5/5.0 Clearly addressing viewer concerns about the finale of last season, one that ended with Booth waking from his coma-induced alternate reality to not even recognize Bones, the season premiere of “Bones” spends a lot of time trying to justify that awkward ending to a hit-and-miss season. If you missed it, Booth was in a coma that included a dream state where he loved Brennan.

Paz Vega is a major star in Spain, but she’s never really caught on in the States despite being in a number of Hollywood films as the female lead. Unfortunately her latest movie, “Human Contract” isn’t going to help in that regard, because the film is going straight to DVD June 30 courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film is a pretty spicy little drama, because let’s face it, when you think Jada Pinkett Smith, you think spicy little dramas. Okay, maybe not so much, but the trailer sure sells the sex pretty hard. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. The film is Rated R, so one supposes there will be follow-through with all the teasing. A highly successful but personally tortured ad businessman (Jason Clarke) has his life turned upside down after meeting a free-spirited, mysterious beauty (Paz Vega), who tempts him to explore reckless love Starring Jason Clarke, »

Fans of the Emily Deschanel / David Boreanaz series, Bones, won't have to worry about their show being cancelled for awhile. Fox has just given the series a two year renewal.
Bones is centered on an unlikely alliance between an FBI agent (Boreanaz) and a forensics anthropologist (Deschanel) and her team. The rest of the cast includes Michaela Conlin, T.J. Thyne, Eric Millegan, Tamara Taylor, Michaela Conlin, John Francis Daley, Patricia Belcher, and David Greenman.
Considering that Bones' ratings are strong, its seemed odd that the show hadn't been renewed until now. According to Variety, the holdup was over a common topic these days, license fees.
To no surprise, the Fox network and the show's studio, 20th Century Fox TV, are owned by the same company. While you might expect that that would make things easier, it actually made for longer negotiations. There are other profit participants involved so there »
