Did anyone read her rant in which she referred to CRASH as TRASH and ranted about how dumb the people of Hollywood are? How can a woman who takes such pride in her supposed tolerance be so intolerant? How can she marginalize and belittle the efforts of CRASH? I loved BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, but for her to assume that no one would have voted for CRASH on its own merits and that it had to be anti-gay agenda is ridiculous. It's also very un-classy to bash someone else's work. Especially considering that no one involved with CRASH did anything to her. She is simply mad because her film lost. I wonder... Had BBM won, would she have still hated Hollywood as much as she says she does? She also had the gall and gumption to talk badly about other winners and musicians who performed. What is wrong with this woman? For those of you who are likely to respond to this post, let me say that the point is, even if you dislike another movie, it is common courtesy not to bash them without cause when you are a filmmaker or writer yourself. Bad karma man...
