Ethereal Anne Hathaway-like draping isn't exactly Kristen Stewart's forté. But at a Paris photo call for New Moon, K. Stew transformed from a grungy duckling into an elegant swan, thanks to an airy J. Mendel strapless cocktail dress and Sergio Rossi pumps. So her shoulders were a little slumped and the hair was awful. But really, was the fashion week model's crazy coif any better? At least the Twilight star ditched the blazer and spray tan for an effortless, French feel. Or do you think she should have kept the jacket to hide her poor posture? »

Okay, full disclosure: I loathe movies in which seemingly smart, talented women consider snagging a man (a barftastic expression in and of itself) to be the be-all, end-all goal of their existence. It's an insidious trope that reduces us to a flock of retrograde numbskulls. As an anthropological experiment/exercise in masochism, I dragged my husband and some pals to see Bride Wars on opening night earlier this year and I'm still scarred. (Serves me right, I know, I know.) There was a scene in which a small Tiffany box (i.e. The Coveted Ring!) falls from a closet shelf »

"Fantastic Four" star Jessica Alba was spotted having a parking quarrel on November 12 on her way to shop in Beverly Hills. What supposed to be a quick shop at Prada turned into a debate when another parker accused the actress stealing his parking spot.
"The employees at Prada directed Jessica to park in the parking lot," an eyewitness testified, as quoted by Gossip Center. "Shortly after a man driving a dark blue Range Rover pulled up and blocked Jessica's SUV into the spot, and said, he was going to call parking enforcement to give her ticket since she was in his spot."
Another source added that Jessica got irritated by the man's complain and walked toward the man to discuss the problem, but he wasn't interested in hearing any word coming out from the 26-year-old actress. The source continued, "He kept Jessica boxed in until parking enforcement arrived and wrote her a ticket. »

Taylor Alison Swift was born in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, on December 13, 1989, the daughter of stock broker Scott Swift and homemaker Andrea, and the older sister of brother Austin. Today, of course, she is one of the world's most popular singing sensations, scoring on the country and pop charts, and she owes much of that success to her parents. Recognizing their daughter's talent and ambition -- by the age of 10 she was penning songs and singing in karaoke contests everywhere she could -- Scott and Andrea escorted Taylor to Nashville, where she began collaborating with songwriters and was able to sing in person for record company executives. Eventually, the Swift family settled in a Nashville suburb called Henderson. It was at an establishment called The Bluebird Cafe that Scott Borchetta, an experienced music industry figure who was about to start his own label, liked what he heard and saw during a showcase performance. »
